When can we come for open play?
We have open play whenever we are open. The cost is $10 per child ages 2-17 and you are welcome to stay all day.

Can we leave and come back later in the day?
You are welcome to leave, but if you wish to re-enter, you must pay the admission price again.

How long can we play at SafariNation?
Once you pay the admission price you are welcome to stay until we close.

Do I have to have socks?
Yes! You are required to wear socks when playing on any of the attractions. If you forget your socks we have them available for $1.00 per pair at the check in desk.

Do I need socks if I'm not going to play on the attractions?
You are not required to wear socks if you are not playing on the equipment. However, you must leave your shoes at the check in desk while at SafariNation. We have a strict "no shoes on the mats policy" to ensure safety and to protect our soft surfaces from damage.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard.

Do parents/guardians have to stay with the children?
Yes

Can I bring outside food and drinks to SafariNation?
No. We do not allow any outside food or beverages in our facility. We do have a large selection of drinks, food and snacks at the Coconut Cabana.

Can adults play on the attractions?
Absolutely! We encourage parents/guardians to play and have fun with their children at SafariNation.

I want to have a birthday celebration at SafariNation, but I don't want to rent a party room. What are my options?
You are welcome to invite friends to come and play at SafariNation as part of an unstructured birthday celebration. We ask that you respect a few ground rules:

You cannot bring in any of your own refreshments. We have refreshments as well as cupcakes for sale at the Coconut Cabana.

You will be responsible for greeting and paying for your friends as they arrive.

SafariNation will not be responsible for any presents or gifts associated with your impromptu gathering. You will not be able to open or play with your presents while at our facility.

We do not allow open flames (candles) in the Cabana or play areas.

Please be courteous of other guests and party groups by limiting your use of space in the cabana area.

We do appreciate you celebrating your birthday with us, but if you have more than 8 guests we strongly encourage you to book a birthday room package.

How do I schedule a party at SafariNation?
It's simple! Just give us a call at (336) 315-5115 and we will check availability for your special day and time or stop by to book in person.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a party room?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The balance is due on the day of your party.

What are your add-ons?
We have several add-ons to enhance your party experience.

We offer Pith Helmets for party guests at $1.00 per helmet. These work as a great party hat to keep the safari theme in effect while you are in the party room.

Our goodie bags are $4.00 each and contain many safari related toys and candies.

Balloons are always a great way to celebrate a birthday. We have one dozen animal print balloons for $10.

All children love the magic tricks, jokes, and balloon animals of Looney Lanny. He will perform in your party room for $100 while you enjoy cake and refreshments.

Can I bring food for my party?
You may bring cake, cupcakes, candy, prepackaged dry goods, veggie trays, fruit trays, and single serve ice cream. If you would like pizza for your celebration, please call Elizabeth's Pizza at (336) 547-0707. They are our exclusive vendor for pizza and will give you a discounted rate if you let them know it is for a SafariNation party. The pizza delivery should be scheduled for one hour after the start of your party. We're sorry, but there is no other outside food allowed.

Can I bring my own drinks for a birthday party?
We provide juice for the children and have bottled water available for adult party guests. You are welcome to bring in your own beverages if you like; however they must be single serve. We don't allow 2-liter drinks in our facility.

Do I need to bring in my own plates and napkins?
We have plates, napkins, forks, and spoons for your use as part of your party package. You may bring your own paper products and utensils if you like.

Can I bring my own decorations to the party?
You are welcome to use your own decorations, goodie bags, balloons, and paper products in the party room. To maintain the neatness of our party rooms; we will NOT permit confetti, silly string, or piñatas.

Is it appropriate to tip my party host(s)?
Tips are not required, however they are welcome if you think our staff did an outstanding job.

Are we allowed to re-enter the play area after the birthday celebration?
Absolutely! That is part of what makes SafariNation unique. You are welcome to stay and play for as long as you like after you are finished in the party room.

What happens if I stay longer than the allowed 45 minutes in the party room?
If you linger in the party room longer than the allotted 45 minutes you will be charged for that additional time at a rate of $50 for every fifteen minutes. We are sorry to charge such a steep fee, but in order for us to stay on schedule for our party bookings we need time to clean and set-up the room for the next party.
